Ingredients/Directions:
Pick about 1.5 cups of liquid: nut milk, water, coconut milk, coconut water, coffee, herbal tea
Add greens/veggies: 1 large handful (about 1 cup): spinach, kale, mint, parsley, romaine, cucumber, cilantro, pumpkin, sweet potato, etc.
Add about ¼ cup fruit: berries, avocado, watermelon, cherries, etc.
Add 15–20 grams of protein: egg protein, plant-based protein, collagen kefir, nuts, nut butter, seeds, etc.
5. Add an optional superfood boost: ginger, coconut or MCT oil, matcha, cacao, turmeric, cinnamon, greens powder, mesquite powder, maca powder, acacia fiber powder, lucuma powder, ashwagandha powder, etc.
6. Sweeten or add ice if needed: monk fruit, stevia, honey, 100% pure maple syrup
