You Can Do Anything for 5 Minutes a Day!
Your goal for this month is to pick one habit you’ve been wanting to create, and do it for five minutes a day (give or take, depending on your goal). Schedule a set time in your day that you know you can fit in 5 minutes for your new habit. Start today and you’ll be happy to find that by the end of the month, your goal is now your routine! This habit can be anything from flossing your teeth to push-ups, listening to a podcast, cleaning out a drawer, etc. Some of these habits or goals will be accomplished more quickly than others, so I encourage you to start a new one right away. Perhaps eventually incorporating a new one on a monthly basis. It’s so much easier once you’re in the flow!
