The Studio
For myself and many others, Pilates is our happy place. It's an incredible workout designed to achieve all types of health and fitness goals, and help you develop your ideal body. In addition, time in the studio creates a place to unwind, focus on yourself and fully enjoy your workout in a stress-free and peaceful environment. As an instructor, one of my goals is to create the most ideal Pilates experience for my clients. I want you to leave the studio feeling amazing: stronger, leaner, longer, happy and healthy. When these Pilates sessions are combined with a balanced nutrition regimen, optimal health results can be achieved! The beauty of this one-on-one work is that at The Pilates Nook, you will leave your session feeling like the best version of yourself.
Personalized Instruction
At The Pilates Nook, we are able to design a workout that best suits the needs of your body. By using a wide variety of equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Jumpboard and TRX, we are able to target every small and large muscle. Pilates can help define the areas that are almost impossible to tone when doing regular workouts. Joseph Pilates, who invented Pilates, was way ahead of his time. To this day, these exercises are completely efficient in transforming your body.
